01 / QUALITY STARTS AT THE FARM

Good grass.
From the ground up.

We purchase high-quality sod directly from a sod farm and coordinate it with the installation. Your lawn starts with established turf, ready to take root in its new home.

With proper watering and care, the seams can blend together over the next couple of months of active growth, creating the look of one continuous green lawn. Weather, season, and growing conditions affect the timing.

02 / PREPARE THE GROUND

A fresh start
beneath every roll.

The preparation gets just as much attention as the lawn you see.

Remove the old lawn

For lawn replacements, we strip away the existing grass and weeds to make room for a fresh start.

Spread fresh topsoil

We bring in clean, fresh topsoil and distribute it carefully, working with the existing levels and drainage.

Grade & rake

We shape the surface, address uneven areas, and finish with a rake to prepare a smooth bed for the sod.

03 / INSTALL & ROLL

Laid with care.
Settled into place.

Close-fitting rolls and good contact with the soil give the new roots a better start.

Fit each piece

We lay the sod across the prepared ground, fit the edges together, stagger the joints, and trim around the shape of your yard.

Roll for root-to-soil contact

We use a lawn roller to press the sod gently against the soil, reducing air pockets and helping the roots make contact with the ground beneath.
