A few useful details.
- Location: your neighbourhood or property address.
- Scope: the service you need and approximate dimensions.
- Photos: the work area and the route from the street, including gates or narrow access.
- Existing conditions: anything that needs removal or a drainage concern.
- Timing: when you would like the work completed.
For snow removal, include the parking areas, sidewalks and entrances to clear, and whether snow can stay on site or needs hauling.
